Proudly serving the communities of Bellerose, Bellerose Terrace, Elmont, Floral Park, Franklin Square, Garden City, Garden City South, Hempstead, New Hyde Park, North Valley Stream, South Floral Park, Stewart Manor, Valley Stream and West Hempstead.

     

 

Hempstead Town Councilman Edward A. Ambrosino was appointed to the Hempstead Town Board in March 2003. During that time he has become involved in many important community issues. Here are several issues on his current agenda.

1. No Third Track Expansion
2. Fight to take down the Courtesy
3. Introduced 'Nail & Mail' Summon
4. Started 'SAIL' student program
5. Bellrose Community Revitilization
6. Co-Chair Elmont Revitilization
7. Fighting Illegal Housing

Taking down the Courtesy Hotel Supervisor Murray and Councilman
Ed Ambrosino, calling the hotel a scourge on the community, have commissioned a 'blight study', which according to the town will provide the legal ammunition necessary to seize the tattered hotel and turn it over to a private developer.
